Savor the Olive is a concept born out of owner Bonnie Lawrence's extensive travels through Italy, her lifelong passion for Extra Virgin Olive Oil and her twenty year career as an educator.  

After many trips to the California wine country to tour vineyards and olive oil ranches, Bonnie decided to pioneer the boutique tasting room concept here in Southeastern Virginia. Savor the Olive opened its flagship Hilltop location in May 2011.

Bonnie's ability to select and showcase only the finest artisanal products has solidified Savor the Olive's reputation as the exclusive boutique in Southeastern Virginia to discover one of a kind specialty food products, luxurious body care brands, elegant home decor items and whimsical items for home entertaining.
