Our Jalapeno White Balsamic is sweet, slightly spicy and tart. It makes a great substitute for wine vinegar when less acidity is needed.

Uses: Lighten up meat and seafood marinades, splash in a ceviche, spice up salsas, relishes and fruit salads, pair with tequila for cocktails.

Top Pairings: EVOO varietals like Frantoio, Leccino, FS-17 or Coratina, Persian Lime Olive Oil, Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
