White Balsamic


Our White Balsamic Vinegar is also produced in Modena, Italy from white Trebbiano grapes and has 5.5% acidity. After the grapes are picked and squished, the juice is simmered slowly under high pressure to prevent the grape sugars from caramelizing. The "cooked grape must" is then aged in wood barrels.
