Pungent essential oils of lemon zest, garlic, parsley and mint fill this olive oil with the true flavors of the traditional Italian herb condiment.  

Uses: Marinate poultry, drizzle on white fish, add citrus and dress fennel salads, use as a  base to create traditional gremolata and serve with osso buco or other braised meats.
